all the members are at home today so I thought of cooking something good but it It was not possible,
for me because after a while my elder brother came to me and measured my pressure then,
he saw that my pressure was too high and I felt very weak so I hurriedly ate a coconut.
My younger sister has a small supershop next to our house. I went there and bought a coconut,
and brought it to me. You all know that when I take coconut the pressure goes up a bit.
I never had a problem with pressure but my pressure has gone down a bit. Today I don't know why.

1 1/2 in ginger

2 tbsp fish curry powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp fennel powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder (optional)
